Mrs Carter’s nude pics – more like nude body covered in bronzed glitter – were actually taken way back in 2011 (and you’re able to see the “African” inspired photoshoot in the Year of 4 documentary).

In the mag, Bey talks opens up a little more about herself…

Flaunt: Gay men are drawn to you and empowered by you, as they have been to “gay icons” Judy Garland, Barbra Streisand, Cher, and Madonna. What is it about you, and those women, that gay men love?

Bey: I’m flattered if I’m in the company of those great women. I think they love that we are bold, unafraid to love, and flaunt our sexuality and strength.

F: One piece of clothing you own that you absolutely couldn’t live without?

B: A white T-shirt.

F: You have always carefully sculpted your image and controlled public access to your off-stage life. Is there anything to envy about stars who don’t care about safeguarding their private lives?

B: I have chosen to keep certain aspects of my life private. But I also love sharing what makes me happy, especially through photography.

F: Is there a sex scandal in history that you find not so scandalous, and instead just kinda awesome?

B: Antony and Cleopatra. The legend of that love affair affected history and lives to this day.

GQ and Drake

He started from the bottom and now he’s becoming a regular GQ cover star. In the latest edition of the men’s mag – Drizzy opens up about life in the entertainment industry, including his feud with Chris Brown.

On his feud with Chris Brown: “I don’t want my name to be synonymous with that guy’s name. I really don’t. I wish we could sit down, just like you and me are right now, and talk it out man-to-man. But that’s not going to happen. I’m not confrontational, but if someone challenges, I’m not going to back down. It’s embarrassing, the amount of media coverage. Two rappers fighting over the woman. He’s not even a rapper, but still, it’s the last way you want your name out there. It distracts from the music. But he’s made me the enemy, and that’s the way it’s gonna stay, I guess. If I think about it too much, I feel it wrapping around my foot, like I get a feeling it could end really badly.”

On his future ambitions: “I feel this great responsibility to see how far can we take it, how out of reach can I set that bar for whoever comes after. While I’m here, I’m gonna keep pushing that bar higher and higher up and make you really work for it.”

The Wishlist

So, I like things. This is really hard to admit but as I grow older, I realise I’m a liker. And my level of ‘liking’ isn’t at the same level as my pockets. LOL! There are so many fabulous things from the Mercedes-Benz’s new A class, YSL jewellery, Fendi bags, etc and most of these are way of my monetary league (for now). That’s why I’m starting a new series: Wishlist. This will feature items that I really want but just can’t afford.
